What They Wanted
The school booked us to run the music at The Log Cabin for around 80 students at their spring formal. Musically the brief leaned current pop direction, the songs the students actually stream, kept clean and formal-ready by a DJ who knew how to work them.
How We Planned It
Before the night, your dedicated event manager got to work. We talked through the run sheet and the moments that mattered; liaised with The Log Cabin on bump-in, power and finish times; and agreed a content-managed playlist with clean edits and a request process staff could sign off on. The right open-format DJ for the brief was assigned, with licences and insurance sorted, and every detail was confirmed in the days beforehand.
What We Delivered
On the night, we delivered our full DJ package, sound, lighting, wireless microphones and decks, set up and sound-checked before guests arrived, with backup gear on hand just in case. Our DJ worked current pop into one seamless, student-safe set, and with around 80 students at The Log Cabin the floor never had a quiet moment all night.
