What They Wanted
For their end-of-year party at Marameo, Circana wanted a DJ who understood a professional room for around 120 guests across a spring evening, plus a photo booth to keep the non-dancers entertained. Musically they left it open, a mix of everything, trusting the DJ to find what worked.
How We Planned It
This is where our planning process kicks in. Their dedicated event manager talked through the run sheet and the moments that mattered; planned where the booth would sit relative to the floor; and liaised with Marameo on bump-in, power and finish times. Then we matched an open-format DJ best suited to the room and confirmed the run of the night well in advance.
What We Delivered
We arrived early and set up everything we bring as standard: sound, lighting, wireless microphones and backup gear, all sound-checked before doors. Our DJ threaded a mix of everything into one seamless set, reading the crowd as around 120 guests warmed up through the evening. Our photo booth ran alongside the DJ, so it was one supplier for two services and one less thing for the organisers to juggle.
