What They Wanted
The company needed a corporate DJ at Hellenic Club in the City for around 120 guests across a spring evening. Musically the brief leaned 90s/00s, current hits and RnB/hip-hop, a lineup chosen to get colleagues out of their seats early.
How We Planned It
Before the night, your dedicated event manager gets to work. We mapped out the run sheet and the moments that mattered, gathered the must-play and do-not-play lists, and liaised with Hellenic Club in the City on bump-in, power and finish times. From there we matched the DJ best suited to the room and confirmed the run of the night well in advance.
What We Delivered
Come event day, we rolled in with the full rig, PA, lighting, wireless mics and backup gear, loaded in and sound-checked well before anyone walked in. Our DJ blended 90s/00s, current hits and RnB/hip-hop into one seamless set, reading the room as the spring evening built. With around 120 guests in the room, the dancefloor filled early and stayed full.
