What They Wanted
Align Technology booked Star DJ Hire for Adelaide Oval, around 250 guests across a spring evening at one of the city's landmark venues. What they wanted was simple, a smooth, well-run corporate night, a supplier who handled the detail without being chased, and a floor that never emptied.
How We Planned It
This is where our planning process kicks in. Their dedicated event manager talked through the run sheet and the moments that mattered; liaised with Adelaide Oval on bump-in, power and finish times; and coordinated timings with the venue's events team, as a room of that scale demands. We matched the right open-format DJ to the brief and locked everything in during the week of the event.
What We Delivered
On the night, we delivered our full DJ package, sound, lighting, wireless microphones and decks, set up and sound-checked before guests arrived, with backup gear standing by. Our DJ read the room and built the set live, following the crowd from the first track and pacing the energy across the evening.
